Fruity PanDEMONium
Cucuy Walk Cycle Gif
(created in After FX)
The Animated short Irene & I created for our final. Inspired by Mexican fold art and the fables and myths of Mexico. Centers around "El Cucuy" or the boogeyman and his quest to find something very dear, to him...
I did the story boards, background layouts, and most of the design.
Irene did most of the Animation.
I created the story and Irene directed the project.

(a Marionette in progress)
Oly, the Albino Hunchback Dwarf, from my favorite novel, "Geek Love"
I finished sculpting her torso and head, I'm in the process of sculpting her limbs.
Below is a picture of the concept drawing to plane out where I wanted to go with her.
This is a rough painting, basically just to guide me through the sculpting process.

"Dracula" Character Design. Final turnaround
Pilgrims came into my head when I got an idea of a troupe of vampires traveling across the seas in search of a new homeland after being banished from theirs. As you can see they are stuck in the middle of a storm, in a tiny boat, miserable.

My friend Irene and I produced and animated a short film for our graduation project. Above, the main character, the boogy man of mexican folklore El Cucuy. I wanted a completely different take on him. So instead of scary I went for loud and flamboyant.

Ophelia is a cat that lives with me. The Idea for this Illustration came over time as I drew it. It's just the concept of me being her pet.

*AURORA*
I finished this puppet in just about a week. I just need to string her and she's done. I may add a cape to her later.
